About the trial builds

The trial packages are precompiled DCUs (Win32 + Android64) for Delphi 12.x and 13.x. They let you install FmxPdfTools, see the components in the IDE and run real reports — so you can evaluate exactly how it works before buying. They contain no source code and each build runs only in its matching Delphi version.

How to install: extract the archive, close the Delphi IDE, then run FmxPdfTrialInstaller.exe. Pick your Delphi version (12.x / 13.x) and platform (Windows / Android) and click Install — restart the IDE and the components appear on the FmxPdfTools palette tab.

Trial DCUs are provided only for Delphi 12.x and 13.x. When a newer Delphi version is released we do not ship new DCU builds — the product is delivered as full source code, which you compile yourself in any supported Delphi version. For day-to-day development and new IDE releases, the source edition is the way to go.
